Hi, I'm Chris.
I've had to rebuild my body multiple times due to circumstances beyond my control. Cancer survivor. Dealt with clinically low testosterone as a long-term side effect. Each time I thought I was done, life had other plans.
Each rebuild taught me what actually works and what's just noise. I learned that intensity doesn't matter if you can't sustain it. Perfection is the enemy of progress. One bad day doesn't have to derail everything.
I started coaching in 2013 because I wanted to help men avoid the confusion I went through. Now I help them cut through the noise, build real structure, and get results that actually last, even when life gets messy.
You don't HAVE to. You GET to.
After everything I've been through, I've learned that fitness is a privilege, not a punishment. It's about building a body and life you actually enjoy, not suffering through it.
